Contact
Two ways in, and that is deliberate
There is no contact form on this site. A form is a promise that somebody is reading it; the phone and the booking page are the two routes that actually reach a person, so they are the two routes on offer.
Have this ready when you call
- The model and serial off the frame — usually behind the kick panel or the door
- What the appliance is doing, in the words you would use to a neighbour
- Whether anything changed in the week before it started
- The address, and which entrance to use
A cold oven the night before a holiday does not wait for opening time
The dispatch line is answered around the clock. An overnight call is logged with the fault, the model and the address, and goes to the front of the next working window rather than into the morning queue behind everyone who rang at nine.
- Line answered around the clock — a person, not a voicemail box
- Work carried out 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days
- Overnight logs are slotted first, not re-queued

Turning any knob set every position sparking at once. He explained the module handles all of them together, swapped it, then ran each burner in turn with me standing there to confirm.
Sabine T. · North Center
Downdraft rose halfway and stalled with an unhappy noise. Track was fouled and the lift motor was tired. Cleaned, motor replaced, and it now travels the whole way up and back without complaint.
Malachy Q. · Portage Park
Griddle was hot at one end and lukewarm at the other, so nothing cooked evenly. Sensor had drifted and the plate was sitting on a warped support. He corrected both and checked it with a probe.
Renata O. · Logan Square
Controls had gone completely dead along with the lamps. He found a scorched connector behind the panel, cut it back and made the joint properly with new terminals rather than a board swap.
Rupert Z. · Portage Park
One position lit and then died the second the knob came back. Thermocouple, replaced, and he checked the flame sensing on the rest of them before he would call the visit finished.
Juniper A. · Logan Square
Flames were tipping yellow and leaving black marks on the copper pans. Orifices had partly clogged in a kitchen that gets heavy use. Cleaned properly, air shutters set, colour is blue again.
Nathaniel P. · Wicker Park
